Quintessa Hotel Ogaki

Great location and value.

Dated old hotel but clean and comfortable.

The room looked slightly dated (vintage) but was perfectly maintained, functional, spotless clean and incredibly spacious with a roomy bathroom. Rather an appartment actually. Service and staff were perfect.

Beautiful place for short stay with reasonable price

An easy walk from the train station. The breakfast was very excellent with plenty of choice. Well set up for the day.

We only stayed one night as it was just a stop on our trip but the hotel was overall pretty good, the staff was very kind and helpful and the room was just like as described.

We could faintly hear the elevator ringing and sometimes the room had a little smell of cigarettes but nothing too annoying.

Very uncomfortable bed, could feel the springs on the mattress and was very hard. Stain on the chair, very dated room. Okay if your looking for somewhere cheap to stay, otherwise wouldn’t recommend

More variety of breakfast compared with other hotel.Staff is very polite and patience.Have 2 carpark for ¥1000 a night.

Got flying cockroach insyide the room...Staff is not good in English and gave less information about the carpark facility.

Hotel is walking distance from Ogaki station. The room was quiet and had a nice view of the city. There's a laundry room (washers and dryers) on level 4.

Smoking room available. Great buffet for breakfast, great restaurant for dinner.

Very helpful receptionist. Kumar can speak well English. Fast and easy to check in. Parking is available, very convenient. Hotel breakfast is super delicious! Room is very spacious and clean! Thank you for your good service!

The room is way bigger than I am expecting and with better amenities expected given its price.

The parking is limited so we have to park on other place few minutes walk from hotel.

Given room with strong cigarette smell. Even though we were upgrade to a bigger room, there’s still cigarette smell but not so overwhelming like the initial room. Bitten by bed bugsStain on duvet cover, chairs and carpet Plastic bag for rubbish bin left inside and not place on bin.

We stopped here for a night on the way to Kamikochi. The room was very well priced and spacious room.

The air conditioning did not work well so it was really hot in the room.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Great location. Short walk to station and convenient store. Bed is comfortable.

Staff was excellent, super convenient to the Ogaki train station, Aqua Walk shopping mall and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Laundry on site also very convenient.

My room had no issues, but my colleague had some issues with his room that would concern me if not corrected by staff.

The room itself and the bathroom were bigger than at most of the hotels in the same price range that I've stayed in before. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I booked and paid for a non-smoking room. Although I was put in a non-smoking room, the room still smelled like stale cigarettes. It may have previously been a smoking room. The smell of cigarettes was in everything: the bedding, the bed, the chairs, the carpet, everywhere.
